We have been coming here for awhile but since the change in staff, the service and quality has not been the same. Yesterday (Sunday) I made an online order for pick up (two chicken sandwiches and two beverages) and it couldn’t have gone worse. When I arrived at the designated time indicated in the order confirmation, I waited on the line just to find out they had not even started to make the order. Frustrating, but not the end of the world. Because the online ordering system does not allow you to order pastries, I hoped to buy two slices of the coffee cake while I waited. The girl behind the counter asked that I wait on the side so she could continue taking the next customer. I didn’t think anything of it and figured I’d just purchase the pastries once they finished making my order. After 15mins, the sandwiches were finally ready, and I asked to purchase the coffee cake. The same girl then says, after I had been waiting all that time, that I would have to get back in line if I wanted to purchase the coffee cake. Mind you, the line had grown to be about seven people because during the 15mins I was waiting, only two other customers had actually been taken care of. I left without the

Absolutely my favorite coffee shop to come to! Everyone is so friendly, the coffee is bold and delicious, and the gelato is to die for! All of the baristas are knowledgeable and kind- Chelsea and Ira are especially amazing

Really ridiculously average. But priced like it’s better. So over places like this. Employees are always having a *very* important conversation with each other. The fact there are customers is a distraction from their actual job which is talking to each other. The drinks are so incredibly mid. If you’ve ever had a latte from one of those machines at a car dealership that are free when you’re getting your car serviced, the lattes they charge $6 for here are like that. So worse than mid tbh. They have a food case with the saddest display of products. There are like 4 different products max. I’ve had the oatmeal cookie it’s actually pretty good. Never tried the gelato. I have to go here for medical appointments pretty often and it’d be nice to have a good coffee place to look forward to. But this ain’t it y’all.

Perfect place to spend some time on a rainy Sunday afternoon. Great vibes and some cool spots to sit and chat. The service is super slow though. I initially ordered the Matcha latte and i hated it. But they were kind enough to give me a Chai latte instead and it was great.

The best thing here is the gelato. It’s super high end. Smoothies >$7 latte >$7. Served in to go cups. Not a ton of natural lighting, but some seating decent for working. The gelato is really nice actually, esp spicy mango. Some outdoor seating. I have had their smoothies and one of their lattes, Rocky Mountain latte. I asked for less sweet and it was still too sweet to finish.
